1. Relationships are gold – Nurture and maintain your relationships with your clients. You have worked hard to earn their business, keep it!

2. Maximize your online reviews/testimonials – Clients want to hear what others have to say about you and their experience with you. Online reviews are the best way to show off your success!

3) Provide Value – Provide your clients with useful and valuable information, be a trusted advisor. No one wants to be “sold” to OR feel like they are a number. Take time to learn what is important to your clients and provide them with excellent customer service and value.
