Question Two: What are your top 3 tips for successful business development?
1. Everyone/Every business needs a great team to grow. You just can’t do it alone. Whether you have 1 other colleague or 5, collaborating, researching together, discussing the market really helps your business to thrive. There frankly is no I in Team and teams in my business do very well.
2. You also need to do research/calculate the Absorption rate in certain target areas.
3. Marketing in today’s tech world is Uber important. That’s why I love the company I work with. They provide the absolute best tech support, marketing support and training to market your listings live/online/social media etc. It’s the way of the world today.
Question Three: Is the economy moving in the right or wrong direction?
We had a tough market in 2018, but I feel that the employment rate is better, people are feeling more at ease and there is less fear about the economy. Hence, for my business, that is really good and I see an uptick in home, townhome, condominium sales in 2019.
